I was very excited about visiting SHA Wellness Clinic to rejuvenate and energise for a few days in Spain. It's making quite a name for itself and with regular visits from the likes of Kylie Minogue, Simon Cowell and Naomi Campbell, it seems everybody wants to reap the rewards from coming here.
With warm temperatures in Spain still around 23 Celsius in mid-October; I decided to take a short healthy holiday to SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain for a sunny detox retreat.After a smooth journey from the airport to the resort, I was greeted by the friendly staff and given a brief tour of the facilities. I stayed in an expansive Superior Suite which could accommodate two or three people…
I simply don’t have the right words to describe my experience at SHA Wellness Clinic. It’s by far much more than I expected and I cannot fault anything. Everything there is planned, designed and put together with the smallest details in mind. SHA is now part of my yearly plans and I’ll be returning every year. I now understand the reasons why SHA is famous for being the best place in Europe for Detox! The treatments are out of this world and the macrobiotic diet is prepared and served to perfection. SHA was beyond my expectations, simply incredible! Health and Fitness Travel and SHA managed to tailor everything to suit my needs, service was impeccable.
